Terms of Service:

Adify Marketing agrees to maintain the confidentiality of information provided under this agreement, including any

names, addresses, and billing information and shall only use such information to perform the service specified in this

invoice. Services are billed in advance. 30 day written cancellation notice is required for any service. Payments are nonrefundable. Annual, Semi-annual, and quarterly buys auto-renew on a month-to-month basis if a new annual

agreement is not completed. Billing: Startup fees are required at the time of intake sessions. Credit card auto

payments are required for monthly payments. Upon refusal of payment, services will be canceled until further notice.
